How can I contact my local friend?
WeChat is the most popular communication tool in China, and not everyone uses WhatsApp, Instagram, etc., due to the internet restrictions. In this case, we recommend downloading WeChat to stay connected with locals. We can create a group for you to provide assistance when needed.
If you prefer not to download WeChat, we can also help transfer your information as an alternative.
What should I do if I have special requirements?
Please send us a message so we can discuss it further. Alternatively, you can add a note during the payment process :)
How can I contact you and receive the product?
All the products on our website are currently digital. After you make a purchase, you will receive an email from us containing the information you need.
Payment will only be finalized after you confirm that the trip is complete or the document has been successfully received.
What if I’m not satisfied with my local friend?
We can arrange for a different person for your next booked activity. Additionally, we will intervene to provide support and mediate when necessary.
Please also remember to show respect to our local friends. :) Similarly, we have rules in place to protect locals as well.
