Refund policy

This experience is not a mass tour or commodity purchase – it is a customized service that involves coordination with local friends and reserved venues. Thank you for understanding that refunds require thoughtful handling.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable by default unless cancellation is requested at least 7 days in advance.

However, even if cancelled in advance, we cannot guarantee a refund, as your activity may already involve:

Paid bookings with venues

Confirmed compensation to local friends

In such cases, we will do our best to coordinate with the involved local friend and vendor, and if they approve, we will issue the refund accordingly.

Rescheduling and Adjustments

If you're unable to attend your scheduled activity, we will try to reschedule it or match you with another experience, if applicable.

However, if a venue has already been booked and cannot be changed, we may not be able to offer an alternative.

Still, we’re happy to offer gesture-based compensation, such as discounts on your next activity, or switching the assigned local friend in your future experience.

Local Friend Replacements

If you feel uncomfortable with a local friend or the vibe wasn’t a match, we will happily assign a different local friend for your future experiences, or arrange other flexible options where possible.

Force Majeure & Service Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to extreme weather, emergencies, or safety concerns.

In such cases, you’ll receive either a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule, based on your preference.
